I just love the fall and I especially love the fall in Alexandria, VA. There is just something about driving down the GW Parkway and watching the changing leaves along the Potomac River that is the perfect combination. Since we no longer live in Alexandria, we were excited when Heather & Caleb suggested having their engagement session at the Mount Vernon Estate. It gave us a chance to see the fall leaves in all their glory…and spend the morning with a super fun couple!

We had a great time exploring the grounds of Mount Vernon and then stopped by Fort Hunt Park to meet up with their pup, Paisley. And you guys…Paisley was literally posing for the camera! Just wait until you see her smiling for us later on in this post. These two are just too cute! We had a blast and can’t wait for their big day next August!
