With all the excitement that a postponed wedding brings when it actually happens…there comes a little bit of sadness, too. One year of planning has turned into two. A few phone calls turn into multiple opportunities to chat, text and catch up on life over the course of two years. We have gotten to know our couples that much more and are filled with so much joy for them on their wedding day. And then the “goodbye” is that much harder! All that to say, we loved having extra time to get to know Lisa + John these last two years and are so glad that our paths crossed for as long as they did!
Their Wild Goose Farm wedding took place on a warm mid-September day. We were able to utilize all the unique aspects of the farm grounds for their photos and the incomparable Ory Florals did a stunning flower arch overlooking the pond for the ceremony. Our beautiful bride arrived to the ceremony on a horse drawn carriage and the newlyweds exited the ceremony site together in the carriage to enjoy a few quiet moments as husband and wife.
Here are a few of our favorite images from their day.
