Amanda & Brett / A Classic Annapolis Waterfront Wedding

I’m not sure that I have the words to describe how much I loved Amanda & Brett’s wedding at the Annapolis Chart House. It was one of the most beautiful, intimate and elegant weddings we’ve had the pleasure of being a part of….complete with sentimental details and the sweetest moments.

People describe Amanda as classic, traditional and sentimental (think: Grace Kelly). Every bit of that was brought to life on her wedding day. She wore a traditional ivory Pronovias gown with a lace bolero; blush-colored Badgley Mischka shoes; her mother’s veil and a ring that every woman in her family wore on their wedding day for multiple generations. I just adored all these classic, sentimental details!

Isn’t she stunning?!? When Brett looks at Amanda, it’s almost like it’s the first time they ever laid eyes on each other. There is so much love and tenderness in their interactions. Having experienced this during their engagement session, we knew that their first look would be incredibly special. Those intimate moments as they first saw each other on their wedding day were perfection.

The Chart House sits on the Annapolis waterfront with floor to ceiling windows offering breathtaking views. The focal point for the ceremony was a white birch Chuppah adorned with red, peach and white flowers and beautiful greenery. Rhonda Kaplan Floral Design really knows how to create a dreamy ceremony setting, doesn’t she?! The ceremony itself was led by Amanda’s aunt and uncle and included many personal anecdotes and stories about the couple.

Amanda and Brett couldn’t have picked a better setting to have their wedding celebration. The whole day was truly a testament to their love. It was our honor to be able to capture these tender moments as they celebrated their first day as husband and wife.

Amanda & Brett, we wish you all the joy and happiness in the world! Thank you for trusting us to be a part of such an amazing day. Xoxo –A&F
